Trouble logging into intuit account on quickbooks 2017

I'm using quickbooks pro 2017. I'm trying to invite new employees for online paystubs. When I go to company, my company, sign in it has the user id filled in with an old email that is not on the account and won't let me change or delete it. What can I do? TIA

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. I'd be glad to help you log in your intuit account.


To access your intuit account in QuickBooks Desktop, you need to contact your Master admin so you can make changes on your login credentials. Let me guide you on how you can sign in to CAMPs.


  1. Go to
  2. Sign in with your Intuit Account info. This could be different from what you use to sign in to your company file.
  3. If you see multiple products to choose from, select QuickBooks Desktop to go to CAMPs.


Once you have permission, you can now send an invitation to new employees.


Here's how:

  1. From the Company menu, select My Company.
  2. Click Sign-in on the top right corner.
  3. Log in using your Intuit ID and password.

That wasn't it. I am the only user. I know my login and can login from anywhere else just fine. When I go to company, my company and sign in in top right hand it sends me to a login screen. The problem is here. It has the user name filled in with an email address that I no longer have and it isn't the email address for the intuit account. It won't let me delete or change the email address.

If you no longer have access to the email address when you're trying to login to your account, you may need to submit a request to change your Intuit account Email address. You can find the instructions in doing so through this link.
