Trying to access QBD Workfoce and had to update my password. When I did the account recovery just kept spinning. How do I get it to recover the account and move forward?

Trying to access QBD Workfoce and had to update my password. When I did the account recovery just kept spinning. How do I get it to recover the account and move forward?

Hey cherelyn-l. Don't worry, the spinning circle error is pretty common and quite easy to fix. It's usually caused when your cached images become too full. I'm going to list the step below for clearing your browser's cache. 

 

Clear your cache in Google Chrome

  1. Press Ctrl+H on your keyboard
  2. On the left side of the screen, select Clear Browing Data
  3. Check only the Cached images and files box 
  4. Click Clear Data in the bottom right of the box.

Once you've complete these steps, just go ahead and do the account recovery. You should be good to go now, but if there's anything else you need let me know.
