Unable to receive Intuit email the Verification email with verification code

Some time I login into Quickbooks Enterprise Desktop, I get a pop up for email verification. I've tried sending to my email, and then click on the link in our Primary Account email, but every time it gives us the loading screen, and continues with no results for an excruciating amount of time. I've done this a times with no success. Please help.

I can imagine the challenge that you've been through with the verification, alimonqith. I'll help you get back on track.

 

You can close your QuickBooks and open it back. But this time, you'll want to press and hold the CTRL key on your keyboard as it opens. This forces QuickBooks to close all your company files and whatever activities that are running in the background.

 

If the same thing happens, we have it checked further with the help of our Enterprise Support team. They can do a screen-sharing session to find the root cause of the issue.

  1. Click on Help and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Select Contact Us at the bottom.
  3. Enter a summary of the scenario and click Let's talk.
  4. Click on Get Phone Number or Start a Message.
