I’m in Mexico and I just got notice via email that my last payroll didn’t process because my credit card billing information failed.
The QB email asks that I call an 866 number to update my credit card. I’m going to get charged by the minute international calling rates to wait on hold to give new credit card number.
When I log in to my account to update the payment info, the account says suspended and that I need to call in. Is there another way (chat, etc) to simply update my expired credit card number to pay my Intuit fee so my payroll gets fully processed while I’m out of town?
It's my priority that you're able to update your card and make sure you won't encounter any interruptions when using QuickBooks.
