Update Primary Contact - Deceased

Hi can you help me out on how to fill out the form from CAMPS. It's asking me for corporate bylaws and other required documents that I don't have and the primary contact is already deceased. How can I proceed with just uploading my ID.

Let's get it updated, Triple C.

 

We have two options to change the primary contact:

  • Change it in CAMPS
  • Send a request to our team

In your case, I'd suggest sending a request or contact our customer care support so an agent will do it over the phone. If you wish to do the latter, here's how you can reach out to us:

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks.
  2. Go to QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter "Update primary contact" in the description box, then click Continue.
  5. Select either Message an Agent or Talk to a Specialist.

Yeah it wasn't that helpful and I was still routed to CAMPS with the agent on the phone. I posted this before calling you guys but it seems that it was the only way. They just had me create a text file and upload it on one of the required documents containing the reason why I don't have the documents (bec I didn't have it and again the old owner passed away), it's a hassle really. But I have my photo ID uploaded as well and I hope it would suffice. Thanks for your help anyway.

Just to clarify, do you have any access to open the email of the Primary Contact?
