"Update your payment information" message

Twice now I've gotten a message warning me that I need to update my payment information within 7 days AND I find I'm locked out of my 2019 Desktop access until I do so.  So I jump through the hoops only to find all my billing information is current and accurate...and I change nothing about it.  Then I find in order to get into my desktop version I have to shut down my computer and restart.  It's highly irritating to have to waste my valuable time on this goose chase not to mention the fact that I can just be arbitrarily locked out of my own QB desktop because of it.  Anyone know why this is happening or has it been happening to you?

"Update your payment information" message

Hello, @DrDale01.

 

You'll usually receive this message when the account that was linked to your billing is about to expire. At this time, we can start by checking your credit card information or update it if it's already expiring. You can log in to CAMPS and review the details from there.

 

If everything is right and you still keep on getting the notice, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team so a representative can look into this more closely.

 

To contact support, select QuickBooks Desktop Help from the Help menu and tap on Contact us.
