We'll have to check your account on our system since you've been charged already. If this is for your QuickBooks subscription, you'll have to reach out to our customer service. Here's how contact them:
Press F1 on the keyboard.
In the Have a Question? window, click Contact us.
If this is a payroll alert, let's re-validate your service key to sync your data with our system. Here's how:
Go to My Payroll Service, then choose Manage Service Key.
Click Next, then Next again.
Remove the check mark in the Open Payroll Setup – I want to start right box.
