Upgrading

If Customer Service wants to shut down a chat session without resolving, why do they not have a telephone number to call? I tried 4 times yesterday to get them to give a call back as they will not post a customer service number. Each time I was met with a banner stating I was next in line estimated wait time 5 minutes. Yeah well, 5 minutes turned into 2.5 wasted hours yesterday. And I want to give this company more money by upgrading????

Calling our QuickBooks support directly or providing a specific number is unavailable. This is because we have other ways for you to get in touch with our representatives to ensure you are routed to the right support team.

 

Please note that we have limited staff and reduced our support hours. That's one of the reasons why you waited hours to speak to anyone from QuickBooks via call back. Keep in mind that we are available from Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT and if you're using Enterprise, you can reach us any time, any day.

 

We aim to deliver customer satisfaction at all times that's why we fix an issue as soon as possible. With that, may I ask which specific issue you're encountering with QuickBooks Desktop? I appreciate any details so I can present accurate information.

 

If you're using an unsupported version of QuickBooks desktop, Your access to QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Services, Live Support, Online Backup, Online Banking, and other services through QuickBooks Desktop software will be discontinued after May 31, 2021. That said, I suggest upgrading your QBDT to the latest version to continue using our add-on services. Do you need to purchase a new license of QBD 2021 to upgrade your old version, or additional seat for your existing QBD 2021 license? Either way, you may purchase it thru your local partner. Another option, contact us in private and we may help you.
