Upon attempt to sign in to my QB account after three years, I was asked to start a new account. Now, I can’t seem to sign into my account at all. How do I recover my existing account ?

It looks like you're trying to reactive a canceled account, Ekohomes1. Let me share some information.

 

Once an account is canceled, we hold into the data for a year after the cancelation date before completely deleting it. It's asking you to create a new account since it's been three years already. It means that you're unable to recover it anymore.

Your data is removed after one year. Open a new account instead.
