If a user with limited access is to do the credit card reconciliation, what kind of access must I give to that user? In the user's access "Checking and Credit Cards", what level of access should the user have in order to do the reconciliation?
We can limit a user to selected areas of QuickBooks Desktop by changing their access rights, BBQ-Hut.
For Checking and Credit Cards and other pages, you can give the No Access level.
You only need to give the Full Access level for Sensitive Accounting Activities Page 7 of 10 so the user can do account reconciliations.
