Welcome aboard to the Community space, @jeff4110.

Customizing the invitation email when adding a user to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account isn’t possible. However, personalizing your invoice is achievable in QBO.

To be guided about the process, you can refer to the steps provided in this article: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, to learn more about adding and managing users in your QBO account, check out this link for guidance: Add and manage users in QuickBooks Online.

Moreover, I encourage visiting our QuickBooks Blog page from time to time to stay current on the latest news and updates about QBO.

Keep me posted if you have any other concerns or questions about managing users or with your account. I’ll be around ready to lend a helping hand. Have a good one and stay safe.

Thank you for your response.  Are there any future plans for Intuit to add the feature of being able to customize the user invite?
