How do I setup user rights in Quickbooks Online so the user is able to enter expenses with the Quickbooks app?

I can show you how to do that, mconrad303.


To set up a user who can access the QuickBooks app, just use a web browser.


Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Manage Users.
  3. Click the Add user button in the upper right-hand corner.
  4. Choose the user type, and then click Next.
  5. Choose the user's access rights. If this user is limited to creating expenses, then select the Limited radio button. If not, select the appropriate access rights.
  6. Select Vendors, and then click Next.
  7. Choose the user settings, and then click Next.
  8. Enter the user's contact info, and then click Save.

Once they're set up, they'll be able to access QuickBooks Online on both the app and the browser.
