I have added a new user and have given him access to Sales.
I have restricted everything else.
Now he is not able to view job cost reports.
When I went to give him access to reporting, even though he is restricted to payroll, he can view payroll reports. Is there a way around this?

If you provided access to this user to view reports, he can see all the available reports in the system. Despite the restriction on the payroll.
