Users on the account have the same permissions but when 2 out of the 4 users go to create an invoice, they do not see "Customize" at the bottom if the screen..why?

  • Hold Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox).
  • Hold and press Command + Shift + N (Safari).

After logging in, go back to checking the Customize button again. If you're able to view it, it's a good idea to clear your browser's cache. This process helps the browser to fetch the latest version of the web page and faster browsing experience.
