Using the custom user feature, can I set up department heads so they can access the income and expense accounts that they are responsible for for viewing only?

Hi there, bill97801.

 

You can setup these users to only see reports that involves income and expense accounts such as profit & loss. Here’s how:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top. 
  2. Select Manage Users under Your Company. 
  3. Click Add users. 
  4. Select Reports only under These don't count toward your user limit.
  5. Click Next and enter necessary information.
