Did not need to re-install app. A restart seemed to fix the issue. Not sure how it got into the bad state, but seems to be connecting with Chase fine now. Thank you.

I've checked out investigation list, and we haven't received any reports about this issue. Let's process troubleshooting steps by updating your QuickBooks Online (QBO) app for Mac.
If the problem persists, you'll need to uninstall and re-install the application. You can check this article for additional reference: Install the QuickBooks Online for Mac app.
