Validation code for Quickbook Pro 2014

I have just reinstalled QuickBooks Pro2014 to my computer due to old PC broken 2 weeks ago.  I need a validation code to register.  I sent email to your CS but no one reply my mail.  Please advise where can I get the code to register urgently.

Let me direct you to the right support who can provide you with a validation code, katngan.

Since validation codes are system generated, you'll need to call us. Our customer representatives are the only support that have the ability to provide you with this information. For security reasons, we want to avoid verifying your account information here in the Community. Please have your license number handy for verification purposes. 

Here's how you can contact us:

  1. Go to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Select Pro or Premier version.
  4. Choose QuickBooks Setup & Navigation topic.
  5. Select Activate QuickBooks link.
  6. Click Get Phone Number at the bottom.

You can now proceed with activation, katngan. You can always come here in the Community if you ever need more help working with QuickBooks in the future.

@darinchy ,

You must call Intuit directly to get the validation code. They have to verify your credential prior to proceed anything.

Hello there, Darinchy.

 

In addition to what @Anonymous shared, we have a new way to get in touch with our technical support:

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks.
  2. Go to QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief description of your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose either Message an Agent or Talk to a Specialist.

Once you have the validation code already, here's how to activate QuickBooks:

  1. Click Help.
  2. Select Activate QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Follow the steps on the screen.
