Are you trying to log into your QuickBooks Online account? If so, the Multi-factor authentication is an additional layer of security, which you may be asked to enter a one-time verification code.
This process provides extra protection for your password and will be sent to your email or mobile device. However, you have the option to opt this verification by following the steps below:
- Log in to the Intuit Online Account management portal.
- Under the Sign In & Security, go to the Two-step verification section and Turn it off.
- Select Turn Off.
- Enter the one-time passcode you received and select Continue.
