We have employees with mixed access under Banking for each of our Bank Registers. They can see the balances of each cash account to which they have access. We'd rather that not be the case. However, when I modify their permissions, the "View Balances" checkbox is grayed out in the entire Banking permissions tree. Is this controlled elsewhere, or is there no way to control this?
Currently, there’s no way to control this. The View Balance option is grayed for Banking since the balance will always show once you’ve given the access to the user. If you don’t want the user to see the balance, you can instead select None for that area.
