We are unable to pull the detailed transactions report from P&L. And getting error saying "Something went wrong. we are working on it."

The "Something went wrong error" with the Profit and Loss report is currently being reviewed and worked on by the Engineering Team. I recommend calling in to speak with an agent so you can be added to the open case regarding this problem. You may also want to advise them that this is most likely related to investigation #13539. Once you've been added to the list of affected companies, you'll then receive email notifications regarding the solution.
