The subscription discount is a one time offer that depends upon its original rate and any discounts offered at the time your subscription began. Since you accidentally upgraded it to annual billing, the rate now is based on your new version. To fix this, I recommend contacting our Support Team to check for options available to bring back the discounted price. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Help button, then choose Contact Us.
  2. Enter the concern in the description field like subscription discount, then hit Let's Talk
  3. Choose either Start messaging or Get a callback
  4. Complete the needed information, then tap Confirm my call or Send a message

I've included an article you can use to handle your subscription, like how to locate the renewal date or get a copy of the invoice for your subscription. Manage Your Payment and Plan Info in QuickBooks Online.

Thank you for your response but unfortunately, I don't have the options that you give once I go to the Help button.

If the option doesn't appear on the Help menu, that means they're currently unavailable. Our Phone Technical Support team is available on Saturdays, starting from 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, PST.
