Hello @ragtopskue! All of us in the Community are sad to see you go but I'm happy to walk you through how to do this from within your account.

  1. In your web browser, sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  2. Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and Settings.
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel trial.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps.
