I've got just the information you're looking for regarding your QBO subscription, @2gard.
If your subscription expires, we hold on to your data for up to one year. You can pick up where you left off if you decide to come back. For more information, read through this article: What happens to my QBO data after I cancel.
Before your account gets suspended, I'd suggest saving all of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data by exporting the information so it can be saved, stored, and transferred digitally if needed.
However, if you subscribe again after a year, you won't have access to your previous data. Here's an additional resource in case you'll need to come back in the future: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.
