The Added Tax Group will only appear in the audit log once you've created an invoice with multiple states affected or if it has a new state tax.
Every time you edit a transaction in your account, the added tax group will always appear in your Audit log. Even if the rate hasn’t changed, the system still checks those new taxes in each of the transactions edited.
