I hope you had a phenomenal weekend, @Anonymous.
There are two workflows that can be used when creating a new client company, I'll outline each below with resources to the respective steps.
Client Creates the Company
The client can create a trial company, choosing whichever version they'd like, and perform the initial set-up of the company on their own. Then, they can invite you as an Accountant user to grant you access. Once they've done that, add them to your firm's wholesale billing to begin paying their subscription.
Accountant Creates the Company
The accountant can also create a new client company directly from their online firm. They'll choose a version and select whether or not they'll be in charge of paying the subscription. Once the company is created, the accountant will be set as the Master Admin and the client can be invited as a new user. We also offer a guide on the different user permissions/accesses that I'm sure you'll find helpful.
With this information, you'll have the client added to their new account in no time. Please touch base with me here should you need any additional assistance, I'm always happy to lend a hand. Thanks for reaching out, wishing you a safe and productive week ahead.
