- Access your QuickBooks Online account.
- Tap the Help icon in your company to display the support window.
- You can utilize the QB Assistant by typing in your question or topic, which will provide options to help you obtain answers. Alternatively, you can use the Search tab to enter a keyword or topic of interest.
- If you can’t find the answers to your questions, click on Contact Us to connect with an expert who can assist you further.
- On the 'How would you like to connect with us?' page, choose how you want to reach our team. You can either select 'Have us call you' or opt for 'Chat with us'
