Join nowHi there, @accounting444.
Welcome to the QuickBooks family. I'm here to help you migrate back to QuickBooks Online.
First, I suggest you try accessing your old QuickBooks account. If you're still able to log in, you can use it to resubscribe to a subscription.
Here's how:
If it's successful, please proceed with checking the Next charge date. If it's a date in the past, you'll need to contact our QuickBooks Support Team to avoid back-billed charges from occurring.
Please follow these steps:
If you're unsure of the login credentials but still remember your email address or phone number, you can reset the information. You can also sign up for a new one using this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/.
Once you already have an active QuickBooks subscription, I suggest contacting the third-party's customer support. You can check with them if they integrate and help migrate data back to QuickBooks.
If not, you'll need to import the data manually into our system. However, please note that there is specific information you can upload.
To learn more about the frequently asked questions in importing, please visit this link: Common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online.
As always, if you need tips and related articles in managing your account, you can check out our QuickBooks Community help website.
Feel free to hit that Reply button if you have additional questions regarding the migration. Have a great day ahead.
You may have 2 options:
1. Prepare your data in XLS and utilize an importer tool

2. Purchase a 3rd party migration service.
