When do I get my one month free subscription as stated before? I thought the ads says first month free

You'll receive the free subscription once you avail of our 30-day free trial. We set up a sample company for you to try out all the productive features of QuickBooks Online. 

When this expires, you may have the option to renew and continue using the software. 

If you have further concerns about billing/discounts, I recommend getting in touch with our support team. They have specific tools to pull out your account and check your subscription. 

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Click the Help (?) menu.
3. Select the Search tab.
4. Click Contact Us.
5. Enter a brief description of your concern and select Continue.
6. Choose Start a chat or Get a callback from the next available expert.
