Hi there, patti11,
Great job for clearing the browser's cache and for using private windows.
I also appreciate you contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team to get help with fixing the duplicate transaction in the Reviewed tab.
For security reasons, a case number is one of the secured data that can't be displayed here in the Intuit Community forum. The system will automatically remove the information.
On the other hand, allow me to help remove those duplicate entries on your banking feeds. First, I'd like to know the bank you're working with so I can look for an update. I can check the status of the investigation and provide a workaround.
You may need to exclude duplicate transactions before logging out of QuickBooks. Then, match them with the ones you've entered into the system. This is to ensure you have accurate records in your books and prepare your taxes.
Here's how to exclude transactions:
- On the Reviewed tab, mark the duplicate entries, then click Undo.
- Go to the For Review tab.
- Mark those duplicate entries again.
- Click Batch actions, then choose Exclude Selected from the drop-down list.

Excluded transactions are listed on the Excluded tab for reference or review. They aren't tracked or reported as part of your business finances and don't appear in any associated account registers or reports.
If the same issue persists, you'll receive updates via email once your account is added to the investigation. If not, I recommend getting back in touch with our Technical Support Team. I know you've contacted them already, however they can add you as one of the affected users.
Feel free to read through this handy article: Exclude expenses from downloaded bank transactions for more details.
I'll keep this post while waiting for your response. Thank you and stay safe!
