When I am in the online QBs app and try to print off reports, they won't. I have to change to a web browser. I have tried clearing the cache and reseting the app data.

When I am in the online QBs app and try to print off reports, they won't. I have to change to a web browser. I have tried clearing the cache and reseting the app data.

We can run your QuickBooks Desktop app as an administrator on your personal computer. I'll show you how.

 

  1. Close your company file and QuickBooks Online app on your desktop.
  2. Open the Windows Start option.
  3. In the search bar, search for QuickBooks Online.
  4. Right-click the icon and select Run as Administrator.
