When I go from annual subscriptions to a monthly plan, do I have to request for a refund on the difference of price or do u automatically issued a refund for difference

You'll need to cancel the account first, itservices8507-o. Then you'll need to contact our support team to request a refund. 

 

Here's how: 

  

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Accounts and Settings.
  3. Click the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel.
  5. Follow the steps on the screen to cancel your subscription. 

 

Once done, an email confirmation will be sent to you, to verify that the subscription has canceled
