Welcome to the Community. It would be my pleasure to assist you in accessing your company in QuickBooks Online.

 

There are several possible reasons why the system didn't recognize any company on your account. You can try resetting your password and logging in again to determine if it fixes the issue.

If the problem continues after following the steps above, I recommend reaching out to our Support Specialists. One of them will need to check your account and correct the credentials for you to access the companies.

 

You can reach them through these steps:

 

  1. Click the Help option.
  2. Select Contact us.
  3. Enter your concern and click Continue.
  4. Choose a way to connect.

You have the option to reset or recover your user ID so you can access your account. It'll be my pleasure to help you accomplish this.

  1. Go to the QuickBooks Online Login page.
  2. Enter your login credentials.
  3. Select Sign in.
  4. Click I forgot my user ID or Password.
  5. Enter your email address in the Enter your phone number, email or user ID field.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Complete the MFA verification.
  8. Click Continue.

Once done, I'm confident you can now recover your email address or your user ID. From there, you can access your account successfully and start working with your QuickBooks task.
