When I login, I see 3 accounts for us...we only want one. How do I delete 2 of these?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for support. I'm happy to provide some insight into deleting your other two accounts, along with the steps to contact our support team. 


To delete the other two accounts, you'd need to cancel those accounts. You can cancel the accounts in just a few simple steps. However, we will hold your data for a year, so if you wish to not see them listed, it can take up to that long before they are off your list. I've included the steps to cancel below.


  1. Open a web browser on your computer, not a mobile device.
  2. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  3. Click on the Gear Icon and then Account and Settings.
  4. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  5. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps.
