When I receive an email saying "money in your account soon" it has the wrong business name in the body of the email. The name of my biz is different in acct settings.

The details on the invoice payment receipt depend on what you set up on your account. Make sure you have the right business address on your Intuit Account. This helps the name to appear on the receipts accurately. I'll show you how:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. From the top right, click on the circle logo beside the Settings icon.
3. Select Manage your Intuit account.
4. Go to the Personal Info tab.
5. Check the Address.

Thanks for the insight but this is definitely not what I'm looking for. Nothing to do with the address, but the actual NAME of the business. For example, the previous Business was called Sonoma Logistics and the new business is called Sonoma Second Home. I want to eliminate anything to do with Sonoma logistics from my account. But even my screen name on this forum says logistics. Why??

Thank you for your reply but unfortunately this is not at all what I am looking for. Nothing to do with the address of the business, but looking for changing the NAME of the business. For example, the previous business was called Sonoma Logistics, and the new business is called Sonoma second home. But on the account for some reason it still says Sonoma Logistics even though I have changed it to Sonoma second home. Even my screen name on this forum says logistics. Why??
