When I try to update my bank info I get an error code 163. I've tried editing my sign-in info for my bank account, but that didn't work. Any suggestions?

Did you try it by first launching your browser in the Incognito or InPrivate mode.  If you're using a Windows machine, typically right clicking on the browser icon will give you the option of a Private window.

 

It apparently makes a difference when updating the banking info.

As an initial trouble-shooting step, you may want to try clearing the cache in your internet browser. Sometimes the cache can become bogged down with older data, potentially causing performance and viewing errors in QuickBooks Online.
