The message you encounter means that the email you’re signing in with isn’t linked to any active Workforce profile, even if it’s the one your employer uses to email you. I recommend reaching out to your employer to confirm which email they used to invite you to QuickBooks Workforce.
If they’re unsure, have them open Payroll in QuickBooks and check your employee profile to see the exact email on the Workforce invite. If the invitation has expired or is missing, ask your employer to resend your Workforce invitation, and then use the new email to sign up/sign in.
Should the issue persist even after verifying the email, I recommend logging in using a private or incognito browser if you haven't already done so. Sometimes, outdated or corrupted files in your regular browser can cause technical issues like this.
