Where can I find a REPORT of some kind that would list the TERMINATION DATE?

Hello there, @dmcinla-gmail-co.

I'd be glad to walk you through the steps on how to access the reports that will show the termination date of the employee in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports tab.

2. Type Employee Details in the search box, then enter.

3. Click the small drop-down arrow under Employee then pick the employee's name with an asterisk

4. Hit Run Report.

For future reference about the different types of reports that are available in QBO and how to change the status of the employee, please visit these articles:

• Run payroll reports

• Delete or terminate an employee

I hope this reply will smile at you. You're always free to leave a comment below if you have other concerns about your account. I'm here to help. Take good care!

Where can I find a REPORT of some kind that would list the TERMINATION DATE?

that is a big help as I see where you can now see the Termination Date.

What I need is a Report I can send to my Insurance Broker with all the Terminated Employees "Last Month."

Pulling them one by one would be tough.  Also, when you export that Employee Details report it gives you an unfriendly XLS format with tons of data in that merged cell that has the termination date.  So sorting is out of the question.

:-(  Thank you for your help regardless...

Still hoping I will find a way.
