Where can I find the Unbilled Charges report in QB Plus online in order to inactivate an account?

Hello there, terry14.

Being able to edit the status of the transactions on the report would be a great time-saver. While this option is currently not available, I'm going to let our developers know that this is something you'd want.

Other users have also requested this kind of option and it might get a chance of being added in an update soon. Most of the enhancements we roll out are usually based on the suggestions we receive from our customers.

Just keep an eye out for new updates and I'll do the same here. Thanks for your time and have a good day.

Welcome to the Community, terry14.

I can provide you with easy steps on where you can find the Unbilled Charges report via QuickBooks Online Plus.

You can pull up the Uninvoiced charges report in QuickBooks Online Plus.

Here's how:

  1. Click Reports in the left panel.
  2. Search the Uninvoiced charges in the search field.

You may find this article helpful: How to customize reports.

Where can I find the Unbilled Charges report in QB Plus online in order to inactivate an account?

Has there been any update to this thread? I recently converted from Desktop to Online and discovered $1.874 million in Unbilled activity!  None of which is relevant to our non-profit!  Any help in this is appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome to the thread, @Reluctant1.

I appreciate your input from every angle.

I can see how this feature would be beneficial to you and other businesses. Right now, the option the bulk option to edit unbilled charges is still unavailable. For the meantime, as a workaround, you'll need to change the invoice one at a time using the steps provided by my colleague @ RoseMarjorieA.

Rest assured, I'll forward this idea on to our Product Development Team for further review.

Also, I encourage you to star our blog to keep up with any product updates or improvements on the online version: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/blog/whats-new/.

Additionally, I want you to get the most out of QuickBooks for your business. You can check some articles that are designed to help you get acclimated with the software. They can be accessed at the following link: QuickBooks Tutorials.

As always, you can get back to me if you have any additional questions. I'm here for you. Have a great day!
