In addition to ThatBkkpr, we can also use the General Ledger report in QuickBooks. We can add the Debit and Credit columns to it, and filter your checking account. I'll walk you through the steps.
- Go to Reports and search for General Ledger.
- Select the report name from the result.
- Click the small Gear icon just above the report.
- Place a checkmark in the Debit and Credit columns.
- Click on Customize and expand the Filter section.
- In the Distribution account drop list, select your checking account.
- Choose Run Report.
You can also click on Save Customization to add this report to your list of Custom Reports. That way, you won't have to customize again when you need the same report in the future.
