Hello there, @veronica251. If you have purchased QuickBooks Self-Employed from a third party provider, payment history will not show in QuickBooks.
Otherwise, if you subscribed via QuickBooks and the payment history is not showing, it is best to contact our Live expert team. They can look into your account and check further details about your payment history.
Follow the steps below:
- Click the Help icon in the upper right corner of your QuickBooks Self-Employed screen.

- Click on Contact Us.
- Enter keyword of your concern. You may enter "subscription payment history".
- In the How would you like to connect with us? section, choose Callback.
- Fill in your contact information.
- Select Have us call you.
