You can find all your snapped receipts in Receipt snap, sdana.
To begin, may I know if you encounter any error when attempting to snap a receipt? Any additional information is a great help so we can get close to the resolution.
In QuickBooks Solopreneur, you can find all snapped receipts by clicking the Menu icon and then selecting Receipt snap.

If you can't find your snapped receipts here, I suggest clearing your app's cache to refresh the data. There are times when the stored cache can cause unusual behavior in the system.
Here's how for Android:
- Select the Gear icon at the top right.
- Choose Settings.
- Then, click Refresh Data and tap Yes.
Here's how for iOS:
- Click the menu button.
- Then, choose Help & Feedback.
- Select Refresh Data and click Refresh.
Once finished, test to snap a receipt again and check if it's now working. If the same thing happens, I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the application to have a clean slate. I'll show you how:
For Android
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Click the menu and select My apps & games.
- Next, tap on the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.
- Then, select Uninstall.
For iOS
- Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Next, click General.
- Then, tap [Device] Storage.
- Select the QBO mobile app.
- Click Delete app.
- Select Delete to confirm.
To reinstall the QBO mobile app for both Android and iOS, please see this article: How to download the QuickBooks Online mobile app. This also provides a link for supported mobile devices compatible with running the application.
Alternatively, I suggest using a web browser if you need to upload and categorize your receipts immediately. The steps are outlined in this article: Upload your receipts.
Once your receipt is successfully uploaded to your QBO account, the next step is to review and categorize them to ensure they are allocated to the correct accounts.
