I've done this numerous times and actually opened a second n third account with a representative assistant assisting me by the way n was charged 3 more times for yearly subscription and im passed off im out of $8000.00 now and I want n need all my miney
Excuse me I'm pissed off n didnt read what I typed before submitting it, what I meant was I had reached out to a support member and while the were assisting me we opened 2 additional accounts by mistake with 3 yearly subscription as well for a total well over $8,000.00. In charges now that have been deducted from my payment account linked to my original quickbooks online account. So Excuse me if I'm a little annoyed here but please understand my frustration here I've asked to speak with a supervisor and have been denied the opportunity and I have yet to see a dollar credit yet applied to my account
Today I was told that its still being processed i now have to wait 15 business days first I was told 3 to 5 then 5 to 7 then 7 to 10 10 to 14 n now 10 to 15 business days im afraid to call back because they may tell me 15 to 30 days next time this is so unprofessional I will not be using your services come next year when this whole pandemic is over n our lives r back to normal. N I will be telling my friends and fellow business members of my community.
