Which plan has the recurring payments options.....I've reviewed the options a few times and I'm not seeing which plan offers this

Welcome aboard to the QuickBooks Community, @fil1.

 

The recurring transaction feature which allows you to create templates is available in QuickBooks Online Essentials and Plus version.

 

To set up recurring payments, here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Choose Recurring Transactions, and hit the New button.
  3. Choose the Sales Receipt under Transaction Type, and click OK.
  4. Enter the template name, and choose Scheduled as the recurring type.
  5. Choose a customer.
  6. Under the Interval section, choose Monthly on day 1st of every 1 month(s).
  7. Enter the Start date and the End.
  8. Select the correct Payment method.
  9. Enter the needed information.
  10. Hit the Save template button.

You may start from Essentials and upgrade to Plus if required.

Then you may register QuickBooks Payment as your default gateway and other 3rd party payment service as addtional option later.
