Which Quickbooks product is the best option for a professional guardian?

I am a professional guardian. I manage the finances for about a dozen people. There are only 5 to 15 transactions per month, per client. I can't afford to pay for a dozen subscriptions to handle thi ... Medicaid only pays professional guardians $100 per month. Are there any Quickbooks products that will allow me to manage a dozen small entities without paying for a dozen subscriptions?

Desktop. Street price $200 you can open a company for each client at no additional charge and that $200 is good for 3 years of updates before you wi have to think about upgrading

You may want to consider buying INTUIT Quickbooks Desktop Pro - 2020 - 1 User License (not Pro Plus 2020 with annual subscription). The Price may vary from retail stores like Costco, but it's around $200.00. You pay this one-time and good to go for at least 3 years.

With the desktop version, you can create as many companies as you want. It's like creating and saving Excel files.

Hope this helps!
