Wholesale pricing

We currently have a client that is going out of business.  we need to change them from plus to essential, but not seeing how to do that.  Any suggestions?

Hello there, @AccountManager!

 

Let me walk you through the steps in downgrading your client's subscription.

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online and choose your client's account.
  2. Copy and paste this link over the current URL: https://qbo.intuit.com/app/changeplan.
  3. Under the Essentials column, select Choose Plan.
  4. Hit Continue.
  5. Select Change plan to confirm downgrade.

Once done, you can go back to your client's account and check the Billing & Subscription details to view the changes.
