I'd like to make sure you'll be routed to the right support that can help you verify the status of your account as well as the details of the charge.
I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed Team for they have the special tools used to identify the reason why you're still being billed after canceling your account.

I have the exact same thing happening. I'm being charged when I already canceled my account.
The instructions provided do not help because you cannot get to the "Assistant" when you log in to a canceled account. The only thing you are allowed to do is see the plans and pricing and it is REALLY frustrating.
I'm going to file a charge back as well since it seems to be the only way to get these charges off my credit card.
