Why am I failing inviting my accountant, it always say "Oops! Something went wrong on our end, please try again". what is wrong?

Hi there, seualumniny.

 

You can try logging in into QuickBooks Online (QBO) as the Administrator using a private or Incognito window. There are times the browser is full of frequently-accessed page resources causing some error messages or unusual responses. Then, invite your accountant again.

 

If it works, try clearing the browser cache to remove temporary files in the folder or use a different supported browser.

 

If the same thing happens, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team. They'll further investigate what's causing this issue.

 

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner of QBO.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern under What can we help you with?.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Select the option to Get a callback or Message an agent.

You can always visit the Community again if you need anything else.
