You can turn off the request in your Account and settings, Poolbrite.
Please know that you see this new notification because QuickBooks Online (QBO) has introduced a suite of features that collects referrals, feedback, testimonials, and work requests, aiming to strengthen relationships and grow the business.
To turn it off, you can follow these steps:
- Select Settings , then Accounts and settings.
- Click Sales.
- Select Post-invoice survey, then Edit.
- Switch Post-invoice survey on or off.
- Select Save, then Done.
