The graphs you see on the Dashboard should show your financial activity for a specific period of time. If it shows blank even if you processed transactions on that date, make sure you're using the right duration to display the data correctly.
Also, you can try signing in to your account in private browsing to check if this is caused by a known browser issue. If the internet cache holds a lot of data, it may affect QuickBooks performance and may cause unexpected issues in the program.

Clearing the cache can also help unexpected issues in QuickBooks Online. This will help remove the history log, so you can start with a clean slate.

The graph is set for 12 months. March & June are blank on income & expenses and May does not show any expenses. We had income & expenses in those months.
The results were the same in private browsing and when I click on the link for "clearing the cache", it informs me that the message is not found.
Any other suggestins.

I'm having the same issue. The information is showing up on all my reports - yet the 12 month dashboard is showing zero income and zero expenses for 3 of the months.

You can also do these basic browser troubleshooting actions to check if this is caused by a browser issue. Here’s how:
1. Restart your browser.
2. Use other browser like Incognito.
3. Clear your browser’s cache and browsing history.
