Why are useres duplicated when I filter audit log?

I need to filter the audit log for a certian user and she is listed 5 different times. 4 of the 5 names will return no results. How can I clean that up? I have already cleared all browser history.

Let me share some information about the audit log in QuickBooks Online (QBO).


With the QuickBooks audit log, you can keep track of added, deleted, and modified transactions, as well as user entries. The audit log feature allows you to see a history of changes made to individual transactions or a range of multiple transactions.


The user may have logged in too many times. If there are changes created, these will show on the audit log. You're unable to remove any history listed on the audit log, but only view the action created by the user.
